Go bananas with this super easy, healthy banana smoothie recipe.
2 small Bananas sliced
1-2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Honey for taste
1 heaped scoop of Whey protein powder. You can use any other protein powder or exclude it altogether
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond milk or any liquid of your choice e.g. coconut water, juice, soy milk etc.
Dry Desiccated coconut (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 minutes or until everything is blended out smoothly and are there no lumps in the mixture.
- After blending, pour mixture in something to drink it in. I used a mason jar.
- Sprinkle some coconut on top and enjoy.
